About our Restaurant
After many months wandering the streets, alleyways, and backwaters of the East - we discovered the hidden gems of food rarely enjoyed back in the US. So upon our return home, we decided to showcase just some of the special dishes that rarely make an appearance here, but are part of everyday life elsewhere.
Some of our dishes will be familiar, while others wholly unique. Some authentic, while others simply inspired. We want to open minds, and palettes.
